The 7 x 14 is the drum that started it all. In the 70’s and 80’s the Rock sound was a “Solid and Powerful” Tone that could cut through a Stack of Marshals and all the way to the back row. The sound of this Drum produces a low rich tone, a solid back beat, and the power to carry the band. Today, this Drum can be used in any situation, the head can be tight and still provide a low tone, but have the sensitivity of a smaller drum. Our Drums have been used on every type of recording, thousands of Records and Albums, Numerous Tours and Concerts and played by most of the Top Professional Drummers.
